Made from lush fruit carefully selected from a few Alexander
Valley growers long associated with Clos du Bois, this is an elegant,
full-bodied wine, featuring an extravaganza of ripe cherry and blueberry
flavors. Aged around 24 months in new and older 60-gallon French
oak barrels, the wine also exhibits a seductively plush layer of plum
and toasty oak aromas.
