Our 2004 Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and a little Semillon showing great depth in the nose, with floral notes of gardenia integrated with pears, peach, and apple. A touch of lemon peel lingers in the background. A hint of lychee and vanilla bean add an interesting layer to the nose and finish.
