Our 2006 vintage was rated 94 points by The Wine Advocate and 93 points in Wine Spectator.

This wine is lovely to drink now, especially after a ‘Mollydooker Shake’. It will cellar, but why would you? We suggest you drink and enjoy it now, as we will make you another one next year!

Pairs with: Peppered lamb loin with thyme and mushroom risotto. Matches well with almost all savoury, full-flavoured meats such as roasted lamb, beef short ribs or even spice-rubbed or barbequed chicken. Especially delicious with dried cherries, salted marcona almonds and milk chocolate!
