The blend consists of 60% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Lemon oil, fig, and candle wax notes are present in this medium to full-bodied white. The dramatic aromatics are followed by a wine with a soft underbelly as well as a medium-bodied, fleshy mouthfeel. Drink it with fat, fleshy fish dishes over the next several years.Josh Peeples (Chateau Boswell), Drew Neiman (Kongsgaard, Neiman Cellars), and Pam Starr (Crocker & Starr, Spottswoode), have collaborated by blending their excess barrels.
