Cave Collection Far Niente Cave Collection Cabernet Sauvignon is renowned for its ability to age gracefully and become more nuanced and elegant with time. As each vintage is bottled, a small percentage is reserved for the Cave Collection, capped with a specially designed tin capsule, and then set aside for extended age. Limited quantities of the Cave Collection are made available annually; once the year’s offering is depleted, the wines remain unavailable until the next allocated release. |
