SCHRAMSBERG VINTAGE BLANC DE NOIR

First introduced in 1971, the Blanc de Noirs is made primarily from the red Pinot Noir grape, with a dollop of Chardonnay added for complexity. Twenty percent of the base wines used are barrel fermented and barrel aged. This wine is aged three years on the yeast to marry these elements together and develop the toasty characteristics of this popular pleaser.
